Moroccan mint tea
- 25g (1/4 cup) green tea leaves
- 16 sprigs fresh mint
- 100g sugar cubes
- 2L (8 cups) boiling water
- Fresh mint leaves, to serve
- Step 1 - Place the tea leaves, mint and sugar in a warmed teapot. Pour in the boiling water and gently turn the pot to combine. Set aside for 5-7 minutes to infuse.
- Step 2 - Strain the tea among serving glasses. Serve with fresh mint leaves.
