Moroccan mint tea

INGREDIENTS

  • 25g (1/4 cup) green tea leaves
  • 16 sprigs fresh mint
  • 100g sugar cubes
  • 2L (8 cups) boiling water
  • Fresh mint leaves, to serve

METHOD

  • Step 1 - Place the tea leaves, mint and sugar in a warmed teapot. Pour in the boiling water and gently turn the pot to combine. Set aside for 5-7 minutes to infuse.
  • Step 2 - Strain the tea among serving glasses. Serve with fresh mint leaves.
