Jalna choco-nana smoothie
- 2 frozen peeled bananas
- 2 tablespoons raw cacao
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats or oatbran
- 1 tablespoon LSA (linseed, sunflower and almond)
- 1/2 cup Jalna Low Fat Greek or Jalna Fat Free yoghourt
- 2 cups (500 ml) low fat milk or other (try almond, oat, soy or rice milk)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 -1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Extra cinnamon, to serve
- Banana slices, extra, te serve
- Step 1 - Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process with the pulse button for one or two goes until the banana is roughly chopped.
- Step 2 - Process on high for 15-20 seconds until smooth. Pour the smoothie into two glasses. Dust with extra cinnamon and slices of banana if desired.
