Detox support juice
- 4 large carrots, unpeeled, ends trimmed
- 4 celery sticks, leaves attached, washed
- 1/2 beetroot, scrubbed
- 6 sprigs fresh continental parsley
- 4cm-piece fresh ginger, washed, unpeeled
- Ice cubes, to serve
- Step 1 - Cut the vegetables into large pieces. Use a juice extractor to process the carrot, celery, beetroot, parsley and ginger into a jug. Pour among glasses. Serve with ice, if desired.
