
Antioxidant-boosting smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 60g (1/2 cup) frozen berries (such as raspberries or blueberries)
- 1/2 small banana, sliced
- 250ml (1 cup) reduced-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats
- 2 teaspoons LSA
- 15g baby spinach leaves
METHOD
- Step 1 - Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
