- 1 cup (235g) Neil Perry Fresh Classic Real Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp lime rind, finely grated
- 1 1/2 tbs lime juice
- Tabasco sauce
- black pepper, freshly ground
- cooked prawns or lobster, to serve
- lime wedges, to serve
Method :Combine mayonnaise with the grated lime rind, lime juice, a few drops of Tabasco (or to taste) and some freshly ground black pepper. Arrange seafood on a platter and serve with lime mayonnaise and lime wedges.
