Market Update 6th November 2019
It’s tropical Mango Madness time at Fred’s One Stop. Make the most of the succulence of Kensington Pride, R2E2 and Calypso varieties. A Mango will yield to gentle pressure around the stem when ripe.
Blueberries are a fabulous price this week. Nature’s superfood, Blueberries are one of the healthiest snack foods. Low in kilojoules, blueberries are high in antioxidants and support brain health.
Juicy green-fleshed Honeydew Melon is honey-sweet and a top buy this week. When perfectly ripe, its flesh is succulent and juicy. White-skinned honeydew is the sweetest and contains more naturally occurring sugars than watermelon.
