Mango lovers are rejoicing with this year proving to be a bumper season for quality, value and taste. Choose from Kensington Pride, Calypso, R2E2 or Honey Gold varieties

Cherries are the star of the fruit bowl and as we progress through the new season, we are seeing an improvement in the size and the value of Cherries.

Seedless Watermelons are picked ripe and ready to eat!

For top flavour, ensure whole watermelons have a pleasant aroma and feel heavy for their size. Why not pack some chilled melon wedges to snack on at the beach or on family picnic

A top-buy this week are our pink-fleshed Papaya, a tropical fruit that makes for a healthy breakfast. A good time to try them while the price is right!

Apricots, apricots, apricots; ideal for snacking on, stewing up, roasting, making jams, pan-frying and eating them with yoghurt or ice cream, or just adding to salads. Very tasty right now.

Lime prices are easing as the weather warms up however, Lemon prices are on the increase

New season Lychees taste delectable. Refreshing and with a juicy taste, Lychees vary with size and can be of a large or small seed variety. A festive treat!

Absolutely irresistible Asparagus can be barbecued, sautéed or steamed or served up with cracked black pepper and Parmesan cheese. Also delicious when added to salads.

Well priced are our Zucchinis. When selecting, look for Zucchinis with glossy, unblemished skin. If you have fussy eaters, Zucchinis can be grated and added to burgers or a meatloaf

Highly nutritious, versatile and easy to cook, Asian Leafy Greens are simply a busy cooks best friend. Slice and add to stir-fries and noodle dishes or steam and serve as a side dish
