Spring is in the air and so too is the quality and value of our Strawberries, Blueberries and Mulberries.

 

Large Seedless White Grapes can be purchased at fabulous prices here at Fred’s this week – these juicy, highly flavorful large white grapes that when growing, generally resist cracking even in adverse conditions.

Supplies of Honeydew Melons is very high, hence the exceptionally good prices for customers.

With the supply, the quality and value across a wide range of vegetables this week, there is absolutely no excuse for not eating healthy:

Kale, English Spinach, Cauliflower, Zucchini, Cabbage, Beans and celery are particularly well supplied this week at Fred’s.

Gourmet Tomatoes are finally starting to ease in price after an extended period of high pricing. This most commonly seen variety of tomatoes can be used in salads, pasta sauces, sandwiches, stews, soups and salsas.

Desiree Potatoes are at their best this week as is Asparagus

Stringless Round Beans have been priced to run out the door this week at Fred’s One Stop!

From the deli this week we have Italian Parmesan Cheese – interestingly, the word Parmesan refers to the famous cheese made in and around the Italian province of Parma for the past eight centuries.
