Our Aussie Grape Season is now in full swing customers so grab a bunch today to enjoy as a snack or add that burst of sweetness to the family salad.

Pick up a bag of New Season Lychees for that sweet summer sensation! Easy to peel and certainly at their peak for value this time of the year.

Australian grown Limes with their refreshing, tangy citrus taste and are top value this week at Fred’s. Ideal for use in puddings, cheesecakes, meringue pies, sauces and salad dressing. To obtain the maximum amount of juice from a lime, first warm the Lime in the microwave for 30 seconds. Alternatively, roll firmly on the kitchen bench prior to juicing

Perfect time to snap up some premium grade Tasmanian grown apricots.

Most Cherries are coming from Tasmania with late season Cherries making for some sweet eating, plump and flavoursome treats.

Golden or red-fleshed Plums are in season from now until early May
