Kale is renowned for being a nutritional powerhouse. A rich source of vitamins A, C and K, it also contains folic acid, potassium, copper and iron. These nutrients are necessary for healthy bones, skin and eyes. Use Kale in similar ways to English Spinach or Silverbeet
