Make the most of our late season Nectarines and Peaches. Both varieties of yellow and white are available and they taste absolutely delicious!
Luscious, sweet figs are delicious right now. Figs team well with savoury foods such as nuts, meats and cheese. They also team well with sweet ingredients such as citrus fruits and chocolate
Limes are plentiful and top value!
Here at Fred’s we have some very sweet-eating seedless grapes such as Sultana, Thompson and Menindee Flame varieties. Baby Currant Grapes are in season. Cotton Candy grapes are new and taste like fairy floss
Full-flavoured Rockmelons from the Riverina in NSW are a real bargain right now
Snap up a bargain with juicy Valencia oranges. Whilst the skin colour will be tinged with green pigment at this time of year the fruit is loaded with juicy and a generous serving of vitamin C
New season Queensland grown Shepard Avocados are instore and a Top Buy!
Victorian Sweetcorn makes for some thrifty buying this week as do our field-grown Red Capsicums
Slender, fleshy Snake Beans are tender, mild-flavoured and versatile. Snake beans are at their peak freshness and value
