New season Williams Pears from Shepparton in Victoria are sweet and juicy. Add Pear slices to salads, team with rocket, parmesan and toasted walnuts

Australian grown Valencia Oranges are sweet and juicy. At this time of you year, you will you will notice a green tinge on the skin which simply means that the fruit is sun-ripened and extra sweet

Australian Limes are plentiful and affordable right now! Use the rind and the juice of a Lime in the same way you would use lemons

Late season Peaches and Nectarines are still good eating and top value! Try the pale coloured Golden Queen Peaches for poaching and persevering  

Bilpin, Batlow, and Stanhope Apple harvests are underway and the New Season Royal Gala Apples are juicy, sweet and crisp. A medium size apple, Royal Gala Apples are available from February through to August. To maintain the crunch of an apple, store them in the fridge
