December is prime time for BERRIES with Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, Boysenberries, Red Currents and Loganberries, blackberries all available!

Sweet and juicy MANGOES bring that lush tropical taste to the summer table. We have R2E2 and Kensington Mangoes on special this week. Be sure to choose firm mangoes with a fresh sweet tropical fragrance. Ripen mangoes at room temperature until the fruit yields to gentle pressure around the stem
Add a little zing to your day with Aussie grown Limes. Supplies have increased hence prices have eased. Pop some in the shopping basket this week for use in Cocktails, Marinades, Salad.

New season Grapes are firm and simply bursting with flavour right now so be sure and grab a bunch or two of Flame or Menindee Seedless varieties. The family will love them!

Carrots are at bargain prices and are ideal for Coleslaw. Alternatively, why not roast some Carrots with some Thyme and a drizzling of olive oil. Yum!
