Rich cinnamon hot chocolate
- 2 cups gluten-free soy milk
- 100g dairy-free milk or dark chocolate, finely grated
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Step 1 - Place soy milk, cinnamon stick and chocolate in a small pan. Stir over low heat until chocolate has melted.
- Step 2 - Add honey to sweeten. Pour into mugs to serve.
