Rich cinnamon hot chocolate

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free soy milk
  • 100g dairy-free milk or dark chocolate, finely grated
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Method

  • Step 1 - Place soy milk, cinnamon stick and chocolate in a small pan. Stir over low heat until chocolate has melted.
  • Step 2 - Add honey to sweeten. Pour into mugs to serve.
