Avocado & berry power smoothie
- 1/2 firm ripe avocado, peeled
- 125g (1 cup) frozen mixed berries
- 325ml (1 1/2 cups) reduced fat milk (cow, soy, almond, rice or coconut)
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 tablespoon LSA meal
- Step 1 - Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Divide between 2 glasses, serve immediately. Tip: LSA meal is a blend of ground linseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds. You can find it in the health food section of your supermarket.
