Aloha roll


  • 1 wholemeal bread roll
  • 2 tbs grated cheddar
  • 2 short-cut bacon rashers, cooked
  • 1 slice canned pineapple
  • Baby cos lettuce leaves


  1. Step 1Halve 1 wholemeal bread roll. Spread base with butter. Top with 2 tbs grated cheddar; baby cos lettuce leaves; 2 short-cut bacon rashers, cooked; and 1 slice canned pineapple. Top with remaining roll.
