Bananas with sweet chilli and passionfruit sauce
- 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- Pulp of 4 passionfruit
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 bananas, halved
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped mint, plus extra leaves to garnish
- Thick cream or ice-cream and lime wedges, to serve
- Step 1 - Place chilli sauce, passionfruit and lime juice in a wide saucepan over low heat and stir for 2-3 minutes. Add bananas and warm through, basting with sauce, then add mint. Serve with extra mint, cream or ice-cream and lime wedges.
