- 3 oranges
- 825g can fruit salad in juice
- 1/4 cup torn fresh mint leaves
- 1 litre orange juice, chilled
- 2 x 750ml bottles sparkling apple juice, chilled
- Ice cubes, to serve
- Step 1 – Thinly slice oranges. Cut slices into small wedges. Place in a punch bowl with undrained fruit salad, mint, orange juice and sparking apple juice. Stir to combine. Add ice. Serve.
