Sparkling fruit punch


  • 3 oranges
  • 825g can fruit salad in juice
  • 1/4 cup torn fresh mint leaves
  • 1 litre orange juice, chilled
  • 2 x 750ml bottles sparkling apple juice, chilled
  • Ice cubes, to serve


  • Step 1 – Thinly slice oranges. Cut slices into small wedges. Place in a punch bowl with undrained fruit salad, mint, orange juice and sparking apple juice. Stir to combine. Add ice. Serve.
