Pizza Margherita has all the colours of the Italian flag. The simplest of ingredients but the biggest of flavour! Pizza Margherita is a crowd favourite!
- 3/4 x cup of passata (or enough to cover pizza base to taste)
- bocconcini cheese (as much as you like)
- 1 x fresh tomato sliced into 3 mm thick slices
- 2 x pinches of oregano (or to taste)
- olive oil to drizzle over the top
- fresh basil to top
- salt to taste
- follow instructions as per video. The great thing is you can add as little or as much as you like.
