Peach, pear & fresh ginger smoothies


  • 1 cup (250ml) pear juice
  • 3 peaches, stones removed, cut into small chunks
  • 2 tablespoons thick Greek-style yoghurt
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger


  • Step 1 – Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor with a handful of ice and whiz together until smooth and frothy. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
