- 1/2 cup espresso coffee
- 1 teaspoon caster sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 4 Tim Tam biscuits
- 2 tablespoons chocolate topping
- Step 1 – Place coffee and sugar in a jug. Stir until sugar has dissolved.
- Step 2 – Blend milk, ice, biscuits and coffee mixture together until icy and almost smooth. Divide topping between glasses. Top with milk mixture. Serve.
