Mocha frappe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup espresso coffee
  • 1 teaspoon caster sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 4 Tim Tam biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate topping

Method

  • Step 1 – Place coffee and sugar in a jug. Stir until sugar has dissolved.
  • Step 2 – Blend milk, ice, biscuits and coffee mixture together until icy and almost smooth. Divide topping between glasses. Top with milk mixture. Serve.
