- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 medium bananas (sliced)
- Hazelnut spread
Whisk together in a bowl flour, sugar & salt
In separate bowl whisk together eggs, milk, water and butter
Mix wet and dry ingredients and whisk until a smooth batter is formed
Lightly spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray and heat on medium high
Pour half the batter into the centre of the pan and allow it to spread while moving the pan from heat. Return to stovetop and cook for 2 minutes or until the sides of the crepe begin to curl upwards. Flip and cook the other side.
Remove and repeat the process with the remaining batter
Spread a layer of hazelnut spread over each crepe before placing banana slices as desired. Fold and drizzle with melted hazelnut spread, top with strawberries and whipped cream.
