- 4 fresh dates
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- Step 1 – Use a small, sharp knife to cut dates in half lengthways. Use your fingers to remove the stones. Discard the stones. Spoon peanut butter into each date half. Spread coconut over a large plate. Dip 1 date half, peanut-butter side down, in the coconut to coat. Transfer to a serving plate. Repeat with remaining date halves and coconut. Serve.
